Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every scoop, drop and scent. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Hygiene & Safety
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. This ensures the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.

📦 Unopened Items
If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@kimoura.com before sending anything back.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.


💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. We’ll notify you by email when your refund is approved.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Original delivery charges are refunded only if the item is faulty or cancelled within the legal cooling-off period.
• Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

 

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend obtaining a free Certificate of Postage from the Post Office.
We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us.
